Funny how things get out of hand.
A simple trip becomes a real event.
From walking the West Highland Way, we are now walking that plus the western half of the Coast to Coast and the North Atlantic Coast of Cornwall.
In between that we will visit Glasgow (well actually, before the walking starts), Edinburgh and at the end of the walking London and Paris, if all goes well.
Well here we are with just one week to go, and no packing has been done at all there are no socks or undies out.
I'm still not sure what warm stuff to take and all I've had time to do is check the maps and check our accommodation for the first part of the walk.
I do at least have my bag out and open with the expectation that perhaps it will be filled at some stage. I'm in a dilemma as to whether I put in my small suitcase as a carry-on or not have one big bag and just my little backpack with computer tablet et cetera. ;-)
The decision made, no small carry-on, just my computer back pack and the large bag.
Final preparations done (I hope) and we are off tonight for an overnight flight to Dubai then London, then Glasgow.
